[Remote] Network Adequacy Professional 2 at Humana

The pay range is $59,300 - $80,900 per year for full-time employment, which may vary based on geographic location, skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

This role is considered 'remote/work at home' and can be based anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings possibly required. Home employees need self-provided internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, and those in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi-weekly internet expense payment.

Required qualifications include 2 years of experience in a data or problem-solving environment and minimum 1 year with SQL or other relational databases, plus intermediate MS Office skills. Key traits needed are systems thinking, prioritization, data processing and forecasting, and curiosity with tools.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, prior experience in the healthcare field, experience with medical claims, and project management experience.

Strong candidates will have the required 2 years in data/problem-solving and 1 year with SQL, plus preferred healthcare or claims experience, and demonstrate systems thinking, analytical skills, prioritization, data insights, and tool experimentation to produce reports on provider network access.
