Requirements

Completed Bachelor's law degree in Italy or Spain
Ideally, exposure to both Italian and Spanish legal systems through a double degree program, Erasmus exchange, or study abroad experience in the other country
Strong understanding of both Italian and Spanish commercial law

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and analyze contractual documentation for new products, such as Pay Later and Tap to Pay
Support legal aspects of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and procurement requests for the Italian and Spanish market
Assist in conducting legal research and providing insights on Italian and Spanish regulatory requirements
Collaborate with external law firms and internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations
Participate in product launches to ensure full compliance with Italian and Spanish banking law
Reply to customer claims and analyze litigation that might affect Qonto
