Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's law degree in Italy or Spain
  • Ideally, exposure to both Italian and Spanish legal systems through a double degree program, Erasmus exchange, or study abroad experience in the other country
  • Strong understanding of both Italian and Spanish commercial law

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and analyze contractual documentation for new products, such as Pay Later and Tap to Pay
  • Support legal aspects of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and procurement requests for the Italian and Spanish market
  • Assist in conducting legal research and providing insights on Italian and Spanish regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with external law firms and internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations
  • Participate in product launches to ensure full compliance with Italian and Spanish banking law
  • Reply to customer claims and analyze litigation that might affect Qonto
