Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited university
  • 1–3 years of professional experience as an in-house legal advisor or in a law firm/private practice
  • Proven experience in contract law, intellectual property, and privacy & data protection
  • Experience working in an international business environment
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • German language skills (spoken and written) (Nice to Have)
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a technology or software company (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with legal tech and other tools (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Legal Support – Work as part of the Legal & Privacy team, which provides integrated legal and privacy advice to all areas of the company
  • Regulatory Monitoring – Proactively identify and assess relevant regulatory and legal developments affecting the company’s operations across the EU
  • Contract Review & Negotiation – Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Intellectual Property Advisory – Advise on IP protection and usage, ensuring compliance with third-party rights and safeguarding the company’s assets and innovation
  • Privacy & Data Protection – Assess and advise on privacy and data protection requirements for internal initiatives and external partnerships
  • Compliance Documentation – Support the creation and maintenance of legal and privacy documentation to meet applicable regulatory requirements
