Requirements

  • Experience with lead generation, attracting prospects, nurturing and educating them to convert into residents (at least 1-2 years in the industry preferred)
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service, including diffusing difficult situations
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and in a property management environment (a plus)
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for understanding the brand and sharing it with prospects
  • Willing to work on-site; able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; walk for extended periods; use stairs; sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods
  • Available for weekend and some evening hours
