Responsibilities

Support the integration and optimization of learning technology platforms and systems
Assist in the digital transformation of learning and data-driven decision-making
Partner with site and global teams to implement innovative learning solutions
Support the design and maintenance of scalable, competency-based curricula and adaptive assignment frameworks
Utilize data analytics to assess training effectiveness and identify competency gaps
Collaborate with scientific, manufacturing, and quality teams to enhance training outcomes and compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement and future innovation in a highly regulated environment
Identify and analyze capability gaps using performance data and feedback
Collaborate with site leaders, Global MQ L&D Center of Excellence, and L&D Network to define and standardize role-based competency requirements
Develop and implement effective, site-related training solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards
Localize global learning assets for the site
Integrate adult learning principles and modern instructional design into training programs
Create initial project scope documents, leveraging learning services suppliers for outsourced work
Ensure accurate training documentation and practices meet internal and external regulatory requirements
Conduct periodic reviews of training effectiveness and address compliance gaps proactively
Create, review, and oversee execution of implementation plans, coordinating with personnel on SOPs and other documents
Support the qualification and development of capabilities through on-the-job instructor and SME enablement
