Responsibilities

  • Support the integration and optimization of learning technology platforms and systems
  • Assist in the digital transformation of learning and data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with site and global teams to implement innovative learning solutions
  • Support the design and maintenance of scalable, competency-based curricula and adaptive assignment frameworks
  • Utilize data analytics to assess training effectiveness and identify competency gaps
  • Collaborate with scientific, manufacturing, and quality teams to enhance training outcomes and compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and future innovation in a highly regulated environment
  • Identify and analyze capability gaps using performance data and feedback
  • Collaborate with site leaders, Global MQ L&D Center of Excellence, and L&D Network to define and standardize role-based competency requirements
  • Develop and implement effective, site-related training solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards
  • Localize global learning assets for the site
  • Integrate adult learning principles and modern instructional design into training programs
  • Create initial project scope documents, leveraging learning services suppliers for outsourced work
  • Ensure accurate training documentation and practices meet internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Conduct periodic reviews of training effectiveness and address compliance gaps proactively
  • Create, review, and oversee execution of implementation plans, coordinating with personnel on SOPs and other documents
  • Support the qualification and development of capabilities through on-the-job instructor and SME enablement
