Responsibilities

Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS)
Schedule and manage training sessions (virtual and in-person)
Handle participant registration, confirmations, and attendance tracking
Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless program delivery
Generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and engagement
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Stay updated on learning technologies and best practices
Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs through Talent Development processes
Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability
