Requirements

  • Manage demand, intake, and deployment processes for leadership development programming to efficiently meet business goals
  • Evaluate existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support program evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Oversee contracting and relationship management with internal & external partners, ensuring compliance and quality delivery
