Requirements

Experience coordinating large-scale leadership development programming
Demonstrated data literacy including gathering, cleaning, and managing data in support of process automation
Experience contracting and managing relationships with external vendors, internal procurement partners

Responsibilities

Manage demand, intake, and deployment processes for leadership development programming to efficiently meet business goals
Evaluate existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs
Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support program evaluation and continuous improvement
Oversee contracting and relationship management with internal & external partners, ensuring compliance and quality delivery
