- Experience designing effective learning solutions that drive measurable business impact
- Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and a range of learning modalities
- Proficiency with learning technologies and authoring tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and project management skills
