Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong learning experience mindset and understand how to design for functionality and accessibility to create relevant and engaging learning experiences. Experience with relationship management and working with various stakeholders, including Business Partners and Ops leads, is also required. Familiarity with Instructional Design Standards and design applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Designer will build effective and engaging learning experiences using curriculums and learning outcomes provided by Business Partners. This includes creating text copy, media assets, and knowledge checks/assessments for training programs. Responsibilities also involve developing engaging and accessible text copy, curating the Learning Management System by replacing outdated training and archiving obsolete content, and ensuring accuracy of live training courses. The role requires designing training with accessibility, inclusion, and relevance in mind for global sites, developing skills in software platforms and technologies, and sharing knowledge with other training designers. Additionally, the designer will contribute to discussions on Learning/Performance strategy by providing insights and spotting trends in training design, such as developments in AI, software capabilities, or new tools.
