Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience as a Senior or Lead UI/UX Designer on shipped mobile games and possess strong proficiency in Figma with experience building and maintaining component libraries. Strong Unity skills are required, with the ability to implement and troubleshoot UI setups directly in engine, alongside excellent 2D design and rendering skills. Expertise in player-centric design, demonstrated experience in conducting usability testing, AB testing, and analyzing player feedback to inform design decisions is essential. A demonstrated ability to build and follow a consistent UI visual language and experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams are also required, along with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

The Lead UI/UX Designer will define and implement a complete UI vision in close collaboration with the Art Director, ensuring a consistent and polished visual style. This role involves combining strong 2D art skills with hands-on Unity experience, designing UI elements in Figma, and integrating and animating them in-engine. Responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable design systems, designing high-quality 2D assets for menus, HUDs, buttons, and icons, and ensuring all UI designs enhance gameplay clarity, accessibility, and player satisfaction. The designer will conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and analyze player feedback to guide iterative improvements, collaborating with Game Designers and Developers to align UI with gameplay goals and ensure technical feasibility, including mobile performance. The role also involves iterating quickly based on team feedback and live user data to continuously improve the user experience.
