Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in medical, computer Engineering/Science
  • Know Medical/industrial regulation standards, and understand knowhow the standards into the design
  • Understand design workflow/process method and knowhow to control and track
  • Fast to learn
  • Strong communication skill and clear thinker and good team player
  • 3 year experience in project leadership within a development or research environment

Responsibilities

  • Assurance for design release QMS and Quality compliance
  • Responsible for Product Design input and output
  • Leading the design team for QMS and quality compliance
  • Responsible for products needs analysis and flow down and trace drive
  • Architecture/system design and analysis, risk analysis, FMEA and Risk analysis
  • Manufacturing, field and customer support including corrective and preventative actions process
  • Design requirements and V&V for the product all the time balancing implementation complexity, risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality
  • Lead and own Design files output (DHF) deliverables
  • Co-work with global cross team for Design proposal & plan and execution
  • Lead and responsible for System Design Document deliverables
