Requirements

Master’s Degree in medical, computer Engineering/Science
Know Medical/industrial regulation standards, and understand knowhow the standards into the design
Understand design workflow/process method and knowhow to control and track
Fast to learn
Strong communication skill and clear thinker and good team player
3 year experience in project leadership within a development or research environment

Responsibilities

Assurance for design release QMS and Quality compliance
Responsible for Product Design input and output
Leading the design team for QMS and quality compliance
Responsible for products needs analysis and flow down and trace drive
Architecture/system design and analysis, risk analysis, FMEA and Risk analysis
Manufacturing, field and customer support including corrective and preventative actions process
Design requirements and V&V for the product all the time balancing implementation complexity, risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality
Lead and own Design files output (DHF) deliverables
Co-work with global cross team for Design proposal & plan and execution
Lead and responsible for System Design Document deliverables
