  • Partnership skills with IT, Operations Manager, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial, global/regional Manufacturing & Supply Planning)
  • Strategic liaison and communication skills for inbound supply planning and regional inventory management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the Supply Planning view for the IBP/S&OE cycle
  • Develop and govern strategic supply parameters (Safety Stock, Lead Times, ABC/XYZ) and inventory targets
  • Manage product allocation strategies and scenario planning for supply constraints
  • Lead development of advanced models/dashboards for Cost Saving, Inventory Projection, E&O/expiry-at-risk
  • Direct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on performance deviations and translate insights into strategic actions
  • Own data integrity and automation roadmap for supply chain reporting
  • Lead/co-lead strategic Continuous Improvement projects
  • Partner with Operations Manager to co-design and map 'to-be' processes (e.g., order-to-ship, POD/returns, UDI/lot)
  • Partner with IT to deploy systems and tool strategies for process simplification and automation
  • Serve as analytical lead in 3PL/4PL reviews, providing performance data, insights, and recommendations
  • Analyze and recommend transportation optimizations (e.g., duplicate trips, Share Fleet)
  • Lead analytical aspect of kit management: analyze composition, rotation, utilization; recommend redeployment/rebalancing
  • Evaluate consignment locations (turns, expiry risk); propose add/move/right-size and quantify impact
  • Lead strategic analysis and tracking of availability, DOH/turns, expiry-at-risk, SLOB/NPI ramp
  • Develop and recommend mitigation strategies (e.g., redeployment, consignment conversion) for Operations Manager execution
  • Own analytical visibility and control frameworks at UDI/lot/expiry level (e.g., alerts, dashboards, reports)
  • Develop and approve mitigation strategies/targets; escalate major E&O risks
  • Serve as primary strategic liaison between Thailand Commercial team and global/regional teams
  • Lead and govern inbound supply plan; manage communications and decisions on shipment timing
  • Proactively analyze regional inventory levels to identify E&O risks and opportunities
  • Develop and execute regional inventory balancing strategies (e.g., inter-country transfers)
  • Own consolidated inbound supply plan for Thailand; approve recommendations
