Responsibilities

  • Manages complaint handling activities for MR modality
  • Supports key Quality & Regulatory areas to ensure safe and effective products in the MR install base across GE Healthcare
  • Handles complaints using skills in post market product surveillance
  • Supports efforts for regulatory reporting
  • Establishes appropriate corrective and preventive actions for the safe and effective use of GE HealthCare products
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of a discipline and uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy
  • Works as an individual contributor with proven influential and interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders and the business about design and coordination services
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members and explains complex information in straightforward situations
  • Impacts projects, processes, and procedures in own field, operating with some autonomy but focused on execution within standard functional practices
  • Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems, leveraging technical skills and analytic thinking, and may use multiple internal sources for decisions
