Responsibilities

  • Participate in teams by sharing resources, determining customer needs and priorities, coordinating work assignments, providing advice, feedback, support, and modeling adaptation to change
  • Ensure safety and minimize costs for complex problems by conducting diagnostics, providing proactive solutions, applying advanced programming, implementing solutions, and following up on effectiveness
  • Perform special programming projects, including adapting strategies, responding to trends/alarms/defrosts/work orders/recalls, programming daylight harvesting, and achieving sustainability/energy goals
  • Complete work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborate to identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
  • Provide expert advice/guidance on action plans, support alignment with customer/business needs, and build commitment to perspectives/rationales
  • Implement business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs, carrying out processes, monitoring progress, recognizing improvements, and adapting to demands/changes
  • Model compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via Open Door Policy, and assist others in application
