BE / MTech / MCA
6+ years of IT experience as a developer
Excellent proficiency in Java, Spring Framework
Excellent proficiency in REST Webservice development with JUnit
Good proficiency in Event Driven Applications using MQ and Kafka
Good proficiency in Kubernetes and AWS/EKS
Good proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting
Proficiency in multi-processing and parallel computing
Experience and expertise in profiling and performance tuning software
Proficiency in enterprise design patterns
Proficiency in SQL
Ability to drive mature delivery practices through automation
Proficient with CI & CD tools
Adept at managing both real time and batch systems
Drive and ability to deliver software with a high degree of automation
Proficient with version control systems and handling development for multiple releases in parallel
Ability to modernize applications and determine efficient solutions that are cloud ready
Spirit and willingness to contribute to org level innovation
Learning mindset and ability to demonstrate versatility in addition to specialization
Ability to work effectively with both partners and project team members
Knowledge of Agile methodologies or iterative development processes

Responsibilities

Design and implement technology solutions for the Shared Services Engineering (SSE) Team within Brokerage space
Develop and deliver high quality, timely and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment which meet functional and non-functional business requirements
Partner & stakeholder engagement, design and release support
Build high performance distributed computing applications
Work closely with business partners to contribute to business-critical initiatives
Demonstrate software engineering excellence through continuous integration, continuous deployment
Keep current with IT blueprint, frameworks and technologies that would benefit the team and improve productivity
Guide junior team members on technology
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/large cross functional teams as part of work delivery
Follow practices and contribute towards innovative solutions to increase productivity
