Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar role, and a minimum of eight years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer for enterprise IT projects. They should have at least two years of project leadership experience and five or more years of Full Stack Engineering experience on the .NET platform. Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python is preferred, along with experience with UI frameworks and data engineering tools like Nabu and Streamsets.

Responsibilities

The Lead Software Engineer will perform software engineering activities across the entire stack, including database setup, back-end programming, front-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management for modernization. They will advise executives on functional strategies and exercise independent judgment on complex issues. This role will specifically focus on building a batch and attended RPA platform to enhance operational efficiency in insurance claims processing, policy management, and other key areas, and will contribute to the improvement of consumer experiences.
