Requirements

8+ years of experience building enterprise, SaaS web applications using one or more of the following modern frameworks/technologies: Java, SQL, and Typescript, with strong knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML5
Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills
Experience building REST APIs and microservices
Strong understanding of common design patterns
Experience with React.js (or similar Javascript framework) and CSS
MySQL and general database knowledge, including performance and optimization
Experience as key contributor on a team of other engineers, responsible for team deadlines

Responsibilities

Help scale Coupa platforms as the company expands, finding the right balance between the power of a consolidated codebase and flexibility of microservices
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features and find creative and elegant solutions to complex problems
Solve unique problems that may involve other teams
Apply project management skills to your team
Develop new concepts or techniques that affect others
Offer application and infrastructure support for customer environments
Collaborate across software products with engineers company-wide and globally to plan and deploy product releases
