Requirements

Successfully completed a degree, preferably in a security-related field such as Security Management, Criminology, Law, or Police Science
Approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally in Physical Security
Initial leadership skills
Experience and knowledge in project management, risk analysis, and budget calculation
Knowledge in the areas of law, security technology, criminology, loss prevention, forensic interviews, event security, de-escalation, and self-defense
Very good German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
Logistics experience and TAPA certificate (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Ensure comprehensive security (technical, personnel, and organizational) for the entire logistics site
Lead a team of Security Guards and Specialists in a professional and disciplinary manner and support their personal development
Manage complex projects in the areas of personnel protection, event security, and theft prevention, bringing them to success with internal and external security teams
Document processes, create evaluations and reports on key metrics
Initiate effective measures in case of foreseeable deviations from targets to optimize site security
