Position Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer Lead with a strong foundation in CPQ implementation and a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on development with technical leadership, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. As the CPQ Lead, you will drive technical strategy, own solution architecture, and ensure delivery quality across Salesforce CPQ projects. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, interfacing with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and CPQ specialists, providing both technical direction and career guidance.
• Own the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned and scalable.
• Conduct regular code reviews, technical validations, and performance optimizations.
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and release strategies.
• Manage and prioritize workload for the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Guide the team through complex problem-solving, integrating with third-party systems and managing Salesforce governor limits.
• Champion continuous improvement through team retrospectives, innovation, and adoption of new tools or practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Primary Skills: Salesforce CPQ, APEX, Lightning
• Years of Experience: 10+ years
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience (product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates).
• Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns.
