Responsibilities

  • Support & execute portions of a comprehensive learning strategy for the EMEA Sales team, leveraging the global Sales learning strategy & all globally developed curricula and content
  • Build learner-focused curriculum for the EMEA Sales team, inclusive of new hire onboarding and geo-specific functional nuances distinct from Global Sales U curriculum
  • Contribute to the design & deployment of the learning ecosystem in EMEA, which includes both formal training as well as a variety of reinforcing and continuous knowledge-building content & media
  • Lead elements of the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses, which includes actual training delivery and classroom facilitation
  • Assess training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and data through both EMEA specific changes as well as through global partnership and influence
  • Partner with HR and Sales leaders to identify skill gaps and career development opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Communicate with and manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Partner closely with Global Sales Training leader & other Geo Sales Training leads to align initiatives and create a unified approach
  • Deployment of Sales Training curriculum & continuous learning ecosystem in EMEA
  • Adaptation/localization of global Sales Training (x-functional training) content in EMEA
  • Track business impact of Sales Training in EMEA & optimize for continued elevated business benefit
