Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee real estate and construction projects, including preconstruction activities, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including handling zoning issues, obtaining necessary permits, and representing the company in public hearings
  • Manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and collaboration with legal teams to develop site leases
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, create budget inputs, handle cost estimates, and manage financial resources to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, coordinating with vendors and communicating project status, updates, and issues
  • Oversee and manage contract resources for real estate and construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with industry standards
  • Handle installation, maintenance, and optimization of Outside Plant (OSP) and digital facilities
  • Contribute to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including work related to fuel tanks, emergency generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes, vaults, water wells, construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions
