Requirements

Candidates should possess a PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification and significant experience managing project processes across a range of creative and technical disciplines, demonstrating agility and the confidence to deliver projects amidst changing circumstances. They should have experience working within or in collaboration with architecture firms and a demonstrable track record of managing large-scale, complex projects, often acting as a conduit between project teams and external consultants and partners. Experience delivering projects in the Middle East and Far East territories is particularly desirable, along with the ability to forge new connections and partnerships and build trust with clients and collaborators.

Responsibilities

The Lead Project Manager will create and hold a clear strategic plan for project execution, act as the Key Account Holder for specific clients, meet the needs of high-profile clients and stakeholders by agreeing scope, schedule, budget, and contract, and confidently handle complex project delivery. They will also liaise directly with project management counterparts on the client side, manage work in different territories, and contribute to the overall mechanics of stakeholder management, workflow planning, and resourcing across multiple projects.
