Partner with the best. As an Lead Project Installations Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through the management of project-related activities and resources. You will be responsible for activities related to the construction, building, and commissioning on customer sites, from site mobilization, through civil, erection, and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.

As an Lead Project Installations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments.
  • Being the go-to person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes.
  • Making sure that project financials, on-time delivery, and quality excellence meet and exceed targets.
  • Addressing and resolving any project-related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.
  • Acting as an innovator, creating execution models suitable for large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies.
  • Leading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies.
  • Covering all project development phases, including conceptual and FEEDs.
  • Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties, and developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures.
  • Testing and validation of an equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use. This includes Performance Services and Performance tests.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPC companies.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English, and master presentations at an executive level.
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Be proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin, and cash.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims, and remedies management.
  • Have good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies, as well as in energy transition technologies like hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal, and energy storage.
  • Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
  • Have a project management certification from an accredited institute (e.g., PMP, IPMA).
