Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background
  • Working knowledge of broadband, and product development & management
  • PowerPoint, project management, strong analytics, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing work environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • Ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross-functional teams across business units
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Attention to detail – ability to work with a large amount of content and ability to consolidate, distill and simplify to drive clarity
  • Experience communicating with senior management (Director/VP-level decision-makers) and comfort in constant follow-up with senior/officer level
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location(s); no relocation offered

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate materials, agendas, and logistics for monthly senior and executive meetings, including Board of Director sessions, operational reviews, and officer town halls
  • Lead end-to-end program management for cross-functional and strategic projects, including identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, and controlling initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Define, design, and implement organizational processes and operating plans; facilitate change through consulting and collaboration
  • Champion company culture by promoting core values, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and create business reports, consolidating information for business planning and performance monitoring
  • Oversee budget management, collaborating with department heads to review proposals, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Serve as lead for audit, compliance, process and quality reviews, and business continuity planning
  • Coordinate infrastructure programs, manage roadmaps, and support strategic and tactical planning
  • Oversee resource management, including workflow entry, project estimation, and program coordination
  • Support product management by researching, designing, planning, and evaluating new products or features; analyze customer needs and market opportunities; prepare business cases for new or modified products and services
