Responsibilities

Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Stakeholdern, Entwicklung und Management sein und Transparenz über Ziele, Prioritäten und Risiken schaffen
Erwartungen aktiv managen und kontinuierlich Feedback einholen
Produktvision und -strategie maßgeblich gestalten, indem strategischer Input der Stakeholder in eine umsetzbare, ergebnisorientierte langfristige Roadmap übersetzt wird
Stakeholder bei strategischen Entscheidungen unterstützen, indem relevante KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung definiert und bereitgestellt werden
Kunden- und Marktanforderungen erfassen, analysieren und priorisieren sowie sie in konkrete User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien übersetzen
Andere Product Owner coachen und mentorieren, Best Practices im Produktmanagement etablieren und Wissensaustausch fördern
