Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the product vision and strategy for eBay Live seller experiences, ensuring it aligns with eBay’s broader corporate and Seller Experience objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, mobile-first tools that enable sellers to host, promote, and run live selling events with ease
  • Apply a data-informed approach to validate hypotheses, define success metrics, and iterate rapidly to deliver meaningful outcomes for sellers and buyers
  • Champion the voice of the seller, integrating user insights, research, and behavioural data into every stage of the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across product, development, and engineering to ensure strategic alignment, execution clarity, and effective prioritization
  • Establish guidelines and frameworks for experimentation, validation, and decision-making that can scale globally
  • Identify and drive innovation opportunities, bringing to bear trends in live commerce, creator ecosystems, and mobile-first engagement
  • Work closely with Program Management to address barriers, boost delivery efficiency, and update senior executives on progress and breakthroughs
  • Foster a culture of speed and excellence, balancing quality with velocity and empowering teams to make decisions confidently
