Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal product briefs aligned with Nike’s brand vision and GC business goals
  • Lead the product creation process from concept to commercialization, ensuring consumer relevance and business impact
  • Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development to deliver compelling, trend-right assortments
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and retail feedback to inform product decisions
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to drive innovation and differentiation in the GC market
  • Collaborate with global and GC teams to ensure alignment and integration of GC-specific needs into global product strategies
  • Influence and guide internal stakeholders through clear communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking
  • Own key product metrics including revenue, margin, and sell-through
  • Continuously optimize the product portfolio based on performance data and consumer feedback
