  • 5+ years in Product Creation or Merchandising
  • Proven success in business growth through strategic decision-making and execution
  • Strong consumer insight skills with ability to translate into compelling product solutions
  • Solid understanding of apparel creation, product storytelling, and trend forecasting
  • Product acumen and style sensibility for APLA markets
  • Geo/Territory Merchandising experience preferred; international/language experience in Tokyo, Seoul, or Mexico City a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, and Brand teammates to create industry-leading apparel with compelling & impactful stories
  • Collaborate with Design, Development, and Global Product and Merchandising teams to align on franchise and marketplace strategies
  • Manage cost/margin targets
  • Maintain product data accuracy
  • Deliver compelling presentations regularly
  • Build strong relationships across Global Apparel, partnering with Merchandising and Brand to ensure alignment on key initiatives
  • As a core member of the Product Management team, coordinate and communicate product lines internally and externally
  • Drive color, graphics, materials, and trims across Nike Apparel for both genders and all categories
  • Support the Apparel team’s vision through a hyperlocal lens, requiring deep consumer insight within the APLA region to deliver impactful, desirable products
  • Deliver results with clarity and accountability
