Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and solution architecture roles, with a proven track record in pre-sales or client-facing architecture. They must have a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks/Spark, Fabric, Power BI (Pro & Premium), and Azure AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation. Furthermore, experience aligning modern data architectures to business strategies within the manufacturing or industrial sector is essential, alongside the ability to scope, price, and estimate delivery efforts in early-stage client engagements.

Responsibilities

The Lead Pre-Sales Solution Architect will lead strategic discovery sessions with executives and stakeholders to understand business goals, define solution architectures and delivery roadmaps, scope and present proposals, partner with Sales to develop business cases, and represent MCA Connect in client presentations and industry events. They will also architect end-to-end data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure, evaluate data readiness, design cloud migration plans, oversee solution quality, support sales consultants, collaborate with Delivery teams, contribute to thought leadership, and explore new Azure capabilities and Generative AI developments.
