Responsibilities

Oversee the entire piercing customer journey, from greeting and check-in to styling, transaction, and service experience, including aftercare education
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during piercing services to provide the best possible experience for clients
Act as an ambassador of Mejuri and promote customer awareness of the brand and piercing studios
Build and maintain a strong clientele in the local market
Collaborate with fellow piercers to share insights and elevate skills
Contribute to mentorship opportunities for aspiring piercers (if desired)
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards (Mejuri maintains the gold standard)
Explore opportunities to improve profitability and studio efficiency
