Requirements

  • Ability to ensure operations maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times
  • Capability to support the execution of the production plan for the site
  • Knowledge of Solvent Recovery Units and Cryogenic Units
  • Proficiency in carrying out daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning duties on systems to ensure good operating conditions and compliance with local and corporate regulatory requirements
  • Experience entering Trackwise/Veeva events, participating in, and leading CAPA investigations
  • Skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing process problems, taking actions to minimize deviations or site impact
  • Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental-regulated environments and application of Health & Safety/Process Safety standards for GMP duties
  • Understanding of other area processes and their operational hazards to react appropriately
  • Ability to monitor and collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate reliability problems
  • Experience working with Maintenance and Technical Support to respond to utility supply upsets or equipment failure

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times
  • Ensure areas appropriately support the execution of the production plan for the site
  • Operate Solvent Recovery Units and Cryogenic Units
  • Carry out daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning duties as assigned on systems to ensure equipment and systems are in good operating conditions and maintained per regulatory requirements
  • Enter Trackwise/Veeva events, participate in, and lead CAPA investigations
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose process problems and take appropriate actions to minimize deviations or site impact
  • Understand and apply Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and Process Safety standards to execute key/critical GMP duties
  • Understand other area processes and their operational hazards to react appropriately
  • Monitor and collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate potential equipment reliability problems
  • Work with Maintenance and Technical Support to respond appropriately to potential utility supply upsets or equipment failure
  • Manage solvent recovery operations, air emissions systems, and associated supply and waste tanks
  • Directly execute operations per SOPs and operational execution instructions to safely and compliantly support manufacturing of high-quality medicine
