Requirements
Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with expertise in WAN technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, and VPNs. They should have proficiency in Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Juniper JNCIP certifications, along with experience in firewalls (Fortinet preferred), routers (Cisco, Juniper), routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and cloud networking (AWS, GCP). Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and/or Python is also required, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor and D. Experience with Zero Trust Network Access solutions (Zscaler, NetSkope) is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining WAN architectures, managing network devices, leading projects from inception to completion, monitoring WAN performance, optimizing bandwidth utilization, executing on-prem design and implementation, designing and implementing network configurations, coordinating with vendors, proactively identifying and resolving network weaknesses, securing networks, providing technical expertise, and growing technical skills through training and certifications.
