Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of sport category assortments that integrate APLA strategic direction with localized market insights
  • Build sport category assortments that reflect APLA priorities and local market dynamics
  • Leverage consumer insights to shape seasonal strategies and ensure product relevance
  • Partner with the APLA Merchandising Team to share market feedback, insights, and product requirements
  • Analyze silhouette and franchise mix, pricing structures, and competitive landscape to optimize offerings
  • Present go-to-market assortment plans and localized strategies to cross-functional teams for alignment and execution
  • Translate product performance data into actionable insights to guide future decisions
  • Serve as the voice of the athlete, crafting seasonal strategies and product assortments that deliver impact and distinction across all consumer touchpoints
  • Engage with cross-functional partners across sales, business leadership, planning, and marketing to ensure seamless seasonal execution
