Deep understanding of retail business or relevant B2B sales
Strategic planning and business planning experience preferred
Successful track record of working in complex organizations with mid-to-senior levels of leadership
Highly motivated, naturally curious and confident business professional
Proactive with ability to work independently and anticipate business needs
Able and willing to transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and high touch tactical execution

Responsibilities
Work with B2B senior leadership and key personnel to inform strategic priorities to drive business growth and support setting financial growth targets
Perform quantitative external market research to identify comprehensive list of potential new customers and prioritize these opportunities for commercial sales team
Work with commercial sales teams on identifying and forming strategies to expand wallet share with existing customers/key accounts
Enable senior management decision-making by providing support in key areas such as market analysis, internal performance, and support developing presentations for senior management and executives
Conduct external market research to gather competitive intelligence in the B2B space, helping the business remain informed on key trends and competitor actions
Analyze performance against objectives, tracking win rates, break-in success, account growth, etc., translating findings into visuals/presentations for commercial sales teams and senior leadership
