Requirements

Full-time availability, including ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays on a rotational schedule
On-site presence in Atlanta, GA
Hands-on engineering skills (e.g., HVAC, drywall)
Ability to assist in implementing back-end and access systems, programming spaces, establishing inventory and ordering systems, and creating Maintenance SOPs and Preventative Maintenance plans
Capacity to respond to work orders timely per SOPs
Skills to maintain mechanical, storage, and back-of-house areas in neat condition
Ability to regularly inspect common areas

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of overall and ongoing property maintenance
Perform engineering work such as HVAC or drywall repairs
Maintain inventory and manage timely ordering systems
Handle communications with residents and guests
Ensure the entire property is properly functioning, safe, and clean
Assist property leader and/or Area Chief Engineer in setting up engineering structures, including hands-on implementation of systems, SOPs, and preventative maintenance plans
Respond to all work orders in a timely manner according to SOPs
Keep mechanical, storage, and back-of-house areas neat and orderly
Regularly inspect common areas
