Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in MLOps, ML Engineering, or DevOps for machine learning, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and the model development process. Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for ML deployment, CI/CD pipelines for ML (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), model monitoring tools (e.g., Evidently AI, MLflow), and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Kubeflow) is required. Familiarity with Pyspark, Databricks, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus. The ability to leverage AI-powered development tools for enhanced productivity is also expected.
The Lead Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps) will lead and help grow the ML Platform team, designing and implementing scalable MLOps infrastructure for the entire machine learning lifecycle. This includes building and maintaining feature stores, automating ML workflows with CI/CD pipelines, and implementing resource management and orchestration using tools like Kubernetes or Airflow. Responsibilities also involve monitoring and debugging production ML systems, establishing comprehensive monitoring and alerting, and collaborating closely with data scientists and server engineers to provide effective infrastructure solutions.
