Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5 years of progressive experience in machine learning, data analytics, or similar roles
5 years of relevant experience in writing production-level, scalable code
5 years of relevant experience in MLOps, machine learning engineering, big data, or a related role
5 years of relevant experience working with relational and non-relational databases, data processing frameworks, and data orchestration
5 years of relevant experience in containerization, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and workflow orchestration
5 years of relevant experience in distributed systems programming and AI/ML solutions architecture
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years of experience operationalizing data-driven pipelines for large-scale batch and stream processing analytics solutions
Experience contributing to research projects or participating in data science competitions
6-12 months of experience working with generative AI use cases and relevant engineering practices

Responsibilities

Lead ML Engineering to architect, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI services and solutions
Work on large-scale distributed systems, including infrastructure, data ingestion platforms, relational and non-relational databases, microservices, orchestration services, and more
Oversee MLOps platform development and automated pipelines focused on deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production environments, ensuring model governance and optimizing cost and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems
Create and manage documentation and knowledge base, including development best practices and MLOps processes and procedures
Work closely with technology teams in the development and implementation of an enterprise AI platform
