Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Advise internal clients on legal matters relevant to Motive’s international operations in Pakistan and India, including employment, commercial contracts, corporate governance, litigation, compliance, privacy and other cross-border activities
  • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, reporting, actions, templates, policies, training materials, compliance and litigation
  • Lead continuous improvements of forms, policies and processes
  • Assist with Pakistan and India subsidiary governance, including maintaining corporate records, ensuring compliance, and streamlining processes
  • Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of commercial contracts, including contractor agreements, master service agreements and licensing agreements
  • Assist in managing commercial litigation, disputes and settlement
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes in Pakistan and India, ensuring Motive’s policies and practices remain current and compliant
  • Assist with the successful completion of major programs and projects, as applicable
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Company
  • Drive continuous improvements, scalability and operational excellence in legal processes and execution
