Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of full-time software development experience, strong knowledge of iOS technologies and Swift, and excellent audience engagement and Zoom classroom administration skills. Prior instructional experience, especially in online learning environments, is preferred. Availability during the specified Fall 2025 course hours (September 8 - November 19, 2025) and for pre-course training is mandatory. Exceptional professional habits are also required.

Responsibilities

Lead online iOS development classes for 100-500 college students, planning and delivering highly engaging, industry-relevant lessons using provided curriculum. Coordinate with co-instructors and teaching assistants, oversee course progress, and implement improvements based on student feedback to meet program KPIs. Participate in instructor syncs and provide feedback to other instructors as needed.
