Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or have equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of professional mobile development experience is required, along with a strong command of Kotlin and Swift languages. Exceptional technical communication skills are essential, as is experience integrating and leveraging external services for analytics, feature flagging, and authentication. A solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices, standards, RESTful API, and application design is also necessary. Experience with GraphQL, JavaScript, React, ReactNative, and AWS is considered a bonus.
The Senior Software Engineer will build, test, and deploy user experiences within the mobile application, measuring and optimizing its performance at scale. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers on planning and implementing user experiences, and work with the team to develop best practices. The role requires self-motivation, the ability to make sound decisions, and the initiative to ask questions when needed.
