Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Teamlead (to whom you provide regular feedback), coordinate the team's daily activities, ensure efficient task allocation, and monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards
Act as a key player in stock management by performing daily reporting, analyzing, and resolving inventory-related issues to maintain optimal stock levels and preserve operational flow
Represent the company on the floor, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures, especially regarding safety, employee well-being, and equipment
Welcome and train new arrivals
Foster a positive work climate within the team and intervene on the floor in case of conflicts
Serve as backup to the Teamleader, work on problem resolution, and handle administrative follow-up related to inventory and personnel management
