Requirements

  • Stress-resistant and flexible (shift work, overtime, year-end inventory, etc.)
  • Rigorous and uncompromising on safety, procedure compliance, and workplace regulations
  • Good proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • B1 level in English

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Teamlead (to whom you provide regular feedback), coordinate the team's daily activities, ensure efficient task allocation, and monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards
  • Act as a key player in stock management by performing daily reporting, analyzing, and resolving inventory-related issues to maintain optimal stock levels and preserve operational flow
  • Represent the company on the floor, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures, especially regarding safety, employee well-being, and equipment
  • Welcome and train new arrivals
  • Foster a positive work climate within the team and intervene on the floor in case of conflicts
  • Serve as backup to the Teamleader, work on problem resolution, and handle administrative follow-up related to inventory and personnel management
