Job Requirements

A Full Stack Lead Developer specializing in React.js and Java Microservices plays a crucial role in leading development teams, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end and Java Microservices for back-end.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence.
• Implement RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Manage database interactions using SQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB or MySQL.
