Responsibilities

Own UI architecture and front-end design strategy across all product lines
Standardize component frameworks and enforce reusability, maintainability, and scalability principles
Define and implement performance benchmarks and code quality standards
Drive best practices in accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and cross-browser optimization
Develop core application frameworks in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS architectures (Flexbox, Grid, SASS)
Optimize load times, implement lazy loading, and manage state effectively using Redux, Context API, or Zustand
Collaborate closely with backend engineers (Python/FastAPI) to design efficient, RESTful APIs
Troubleshoot complex UI defects and production issues with a structured debugging approach
Partner with UX Designers to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and consistency across products
Mentor and review code from junior/intermediate engineers, fostering technical growth and delivery discipline
Communicate effectively with product owners, architects, and AI teams to align technical design with sprint outcomes
Support sprint planning, estimations, and delivery governance
Lead sprint-level UI deliveries, track velocity, and manage cross-team dependencies
Contribute to CI/CD setup and DevOps integration for front-end code (GitHub Actions, AWS Amplify, or S3)
Enforce version control discipline, branching standards, and review workflows
Translate complex wireframes or design systems (UXPin, Figma) into modular, reusable UI components
