Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Accounting of cross-segment transactions via cross business schedule (CBS) involving equity and cost method investments, capital infusions, dividends distributions, acquisitions/dispositions, and maintaining relevant governing policies
  • Leading quarterly and year-end analysis necessary for Baker Hughes consolidated financial statement and reporting requirements
  • Managing consolidated investment database ensuring accuracy and understanding of QoQ & vOB balance drivers, and summarizing into quarterly senior leadership presentation packs
  • Coordinating with segment controllership teams to obtain information relevant for the financial close and related analysis
  • Working closely with the Corporate Cashflow Statement Leader to prepare the cash flow statement, adjustments, and analysis assuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment to relevant GAAP literature
  • Partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and other functions to support the Corporate Financial Reporting team
  • Other duties as assigned
