Requirements

University degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
2 years of experience in water treatment, physicochemical systems, reverse osmosis, industrial customer service, minor equipment maintenance (preventive and corrective) for dosing equipment, minor maintenance of valves, pumps, etc., installation of dosing lines, and basic knowledge of tools
Leadership skills
Effective communication with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
Physical ability to access and work comfortably in a variety of conditions and perform essential job tasks
Must live in Chihuahua, Chihuahua (primarily covering that area)
Desirable: Industrial safety knowledge

Responsibilities

Equipment maintenance
Chemical application review
Chemical product dosing
Physicochemical analyses
Follow-up meetings with user areas
Generate process control reports
Generate permits and collect signatures
Follow-up on continuous improvement projects
Verify adherence to plans and processes
Follow-up with suppliers for preventive and corrective maintenance
Manage inventories of chemicals, reagents, spare parts, and consumables
Provide technical assistance to clients by identifying and resolving issues as needed
Participate in problem-solving by performing system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal client operations
Support services including: sample analysis, maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management
