Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Certification (CECP, CCP) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive or senior-level compensation programs
  • Experience with administering short and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, and perquisites
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans
  • Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Developing and/or presenting detailed reports, providing guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborating with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs
  • Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training
