Requirements
- Deep and broad engineering skills capable of standing up an architecture independently

- Ability to serve as an expert resource in complex situations to create and improve standards and best practices for high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical anchor for the engineering team supporting the Ivy promotions platform
- Create, own, and be responsible for the application architecture serving functional and non-functional needs
- Identify and drive architectural changes to accelerate feature development or improve quality of service
- Lead the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services
- Provide thought leadership to the team to promote re-use and develop consistent, scalable patterns
- Participate in planning services that have enterprise impact
- Use technology acumen to apply and maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies
- Evaluate new technologies and participate in decision-making
- Initiate and execute research and proof-of-concept activities for new technologies
