Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification required in some areas
  • Expert working with Commerce Tools and CMS-driven digital ecommerce tools
  • Working knowledge of data schemas, CMS feed structure, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTML
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, React.JS, and other web technologies/coding languages
  • Strong experience in online or mobile-centric environment setting is a plus
  • Experience working with daily deadlines
  • Experience leading implementation for major releases following a Software Development Life Cycle
  • Defect management experience
  • Experience working in an environment where coordination with business and development teams is essential to success
  • Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to complete administrative responsibilities on time
  • Office presence minimum of 5 days per week in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the SME in your area, prioritize, analyze, and implement products and offers specific to the business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, billers, UX, etc.)
  • Understand customer needs, marketing trends, and the competitive landscape to define and execute on various business needs
  • Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed requirements
  • Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on mission critical offer execution and timing with stakeholders
  • Understand data mapping/transformation and other project artifacts
  • Responsible for the success of a product or group of products through daily execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new and emerging products, technologies, and/or applications
  • Engage with business team and stakeholders at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, prioritize, and implement requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation
