Minst 5 års erfarenhet av processutveckling inom Life Science eller annan reglerad industri
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda tekniska projekt och förbättringsarbete
Djup teknisk kompetens inom automatisering, instrumentering och validering
Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Pragmatisk och lösningsorienterad lagspelare med stark drivkraft att förbättra processer och hitta effektiva lösningar

Responsibilities

Leda och koordinera tekniska projekt inom automatisering och processutveckling
Utveckla och implementera validerade tillverkningsprocesser i en reglerad miljö (t.ex. ISO13485)
Identifiera och driva förbättringsinitiativ för ökad effektivitet, kvalitet och skalbarhet
Fungera som teknisk expert vid interna och externa revisioner
Utföra benchmarking och utvärdera ny teknik för framtida behov
Stötta och handleda juniora ingenjörer inom teamet
