Requirements

  • Civilingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande inom maskinteknik, automation eller liknande område
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av processutveckling inom Life Science eller annan reglerad industri
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda tekniska projekt och förbättringsarbete
  • Djup teknisk kompetens inom automatisering, instrumentering och validering
  • Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Pragmatisk och lösningsorienterad lagspelare med stark drivkraft att förbättra processer och hitta effektiva lösningar

Responsibilities

  • Leda och koordinera tekniska projekt inom automatisering och processutveckling
  • Utveckla och implementera validerade tillverkningsprocesser i en reglerad miljö (t.ex. ISO13485)
  • Identifiera och driva förbättringsinitiativ för ökad effektivitet, kvalitet och skalbarhet
  • Fungera som teknisk expert vid interna och externa revisioner
  • Utföra benchmarking och utvärdera ny teknik för framtida behov
  • Stötta och handleda juniora ingenjörer inom teamet
