Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience with Workday integration development and support in Workday HCM space
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing Workday integrations including EIB’s, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Studio integrations
  • Excellent analytical skills with deep understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, PRISM analytics, and BIRT
  • Deep understanding of Workday web services, SOAP, and REST APIs
  • Ability to resolve complex integration issues requiring depth of expertise in Workday solutions
  • Solid understanding of Workday security model to manage ISSG/ISU with integration concepts
  • Strong knowledge of data formats including XML, WSDL, JSON, SSL, SAML, and HTTP protocols
  • Expertise in managing complex data transformations and optimizations with XSLT
  • Hands-on experience in data conversions and transformations to bulk load data into Workday from legacy or external systems using web-services and inbound EIB templates
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and work independently
  • Proactive approach to managing complex integration challenges
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and delivering exceptional results

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and integrate into Workday HCM
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior integration developers, offering guidance on best practices and feedback to improve team technical proficiency
